This means that having sex with a cousin is NOT illegal and it is also possible to marry them. If your family keeps annoying you about it tell them to look at the sexual offences act (2003) section 27 (well, I think it's 27, i'm not 100% sure offhand). That'll soon shut them up.However, if you live in Ireland or Scotland this info may be wrong - I agree with above ASK if you're not sure.

Just say you'd rather look stupid than act and get arrested ... thats what i'd do anyway :) ooooh, of if you have any lawyer type friend, quiz them but again i am pretty sure you can date and even marry your first cousin. Personally i can't see the attraction to cousin but then all my male first cousins are butt ugly lol

In the States, almost half of the country says it's illegal. In the UK, the Royal family interbreeds so the legacy and power go to the right people. They are not arrested. The police would not do anything. But you are going to argue with your family a lot. It is normal to have feelings for your cousin but do not act on it. Well you are both females. Cousins who have children should check with the GP about genetic disorders.
