Will your body have trouble making more? I will reasearch it, but I know that some people are doctors on this site, so I want to get a personal opinion. Please help... your "questioneer" Bladejunkee

Your body makes sperm all the time so you wont actually run out. it only takes one to get a girl pregnant!! When you are older your sperm count may diminish - or lose quality but that is not something to really worry about yet. If you minimize your alcohol intake and have a good healthy diet then you should produce quality sperm x

It is almost (biologically speaking) impossible to "run out" of sperm. But, it may be possible to not have enough.
When it is time for you have children with your wife, you will need to have a healthy number of VIABLE sperm ready for fertilization. While frequent sex and sexual activity is good, too much can lead to a significant decrease in the number of viable sperm if you are trying to get your wife pregnant.
Sperm production is ongoing, it never stops. But healthy sperm are our main concern. You can create a environment for healthy sperm by not doing things such as heavy drinking, recreational drugs, smoking (tobacco), and avoiding excess heat in the genital area (long periods in the hot tub).
20 million sperm per millimeter of ejaculated semen (or more) is considered fertile for men. So it is possible to have 100 million or more sperm emitted with each seminal ejaculation. However, frequent sex and ejaculation within a short period of time will significantly decrease the amount of healthy sperm. While you may ejaculate 100 million, only about 200-500 reach the egg in the woman's fallopian tubes (but it only takes 1 to fertilize the egg). So as you see, not having enough when you ejaculate could cause a problem for couples trying to conceive.
Hope this helps.

It is produced constantly but not at the same rate, sexual excitement increases it.
Excess sperm is simply re-absorbed in the body, this means sperm is always fresh and because of the male recovery time between orgasms there is always some sperm there BUT if you have a lot of orgasms the supply gets a bit thin.
So you don't ever run out as those 2 million aren't produced at say 6.am and then production shuts down, those 2 million are produced over the whole day, so every second sperms are coming out. You might as well ask, if I drink a lot of water, can the tap run out?
Women on the other hand have all their eggs when they are born and just ripen one (or more) each ovulation. Although women don't run out, you got well over a million.
What happens instead is that the process of ovulation ripens a number of them each month, but many don't make it. So over the course of time, each month reduces the number of possibly healthy eggs. They also wear down simply due to old age. That is why women grow less fertile as they grow older. The menopause is not directly linked to this, as far as I know. It is just multipe things coming together that make women eventually ALMOST infertile. But a woman of 80, still has eggs.
For men, the quality of sperm also decreases for that matter. But of course, even low quality sperm is still produced in the hundred thousands.

Semen is produced every so often, so you don't "run out" of it. The body usually has no trouble making more.
