 Squirting is a porn myth. Yes it happens, sometimes for some females but it is not a requirement.
As for how you masturbate. Whatever works. If you rub on the outside then you are stimulating your clitoris. It works, so it works. If you masturbated by rubbing your earlobe and it worked then that would be the right way to do it.
Sex, if it feels good, you are doing it right.

That's completely normal. You shouldn't have stuff gushing out of you, you should be moist not totally dry but not like a faucet. It is normal because the vagina isn't really a sensitive organ and most woman reach orgasm through the 'clit' which you'd be rubbing. And a shiver down you until the pleasure releases and tension would be an orgasm, especially if they don't last very long.

 It depends how old you actually are. When I was younger I never really got "wet", so you may not as well. Eventually you will indeed start to become wet when you masturbate. It has nothing to do with whether you use your fingers or not, if you don't like it, you don't have to use them. You will definitely know if you are having an orgasm or not, and most likely, you are.
