have you asked him to leave? Is he violent? From personal experience 999 works. sort out legal matters after. The most important thing is your welfare and the police will help remove him if need be.

Hi,
I think it would depend on the type of abuse. If its violent then you may be able to get him out. If its mental, its harder to prove. Take it from me I know. If this person is violent towards you, i would suggest that you get out and leave. Its not worth putting yourself in danger.
You can then get a solicitor to help you sort it out. If you have each put in half, it will be sold off and then any profit will be shared. Or you may be able to buy the othr person out.
If you have made your mind up, try not to argue, and then it will be easier on you both.
Best wishes to you, and good luck.
