You are not giving much history to your questions and I am not aure we are the people to ask. If you go to a mosque you should ask there or asked fellow muslim friends. I am Christian so could help you if you were asking how to be a good christian wife.
You sound very confused with the faith. I say learn to be yourself, get your own identity and then use faith to build apon that.

Some hairdressers will be against you covering your head (rightly or wrongly), others won't mind. There are hundreds of hair dressers around, you'll just have to ask when you go in to apply for jobs there.
Follow your dreams!!
Good Luck!! xx

That makes sense to me, irrespective of the rights and wrongs about it.
I suppose it all depends on the salon owner's point of view, and employment laws in your country. I think if I was in the above salon owner's shoes, I wouldn't have given her the job in the first place. Maybe she was just looking for a reason to fire her, I don't know.
There's nothing to stop you becoming self-employed, so then you could wear whatever you wanted however you wanted!

I don't see any reason why you couldn't be a hairdresser and beautician while wearing a scarf. Follow your passion, I say, and go get your training!
I once met a woman who had alopecia which meant that she was completely bald, and didn't have eyebrows either. She was quite comfortable with her appearance, and told me with a laugh that she was a hairdresser! If she can be a hairdresser with no hair, why couldn't you be one with hair AND a scarf?
Follow your dreams.
