Why not? You are at life stages that are compatible. She will soon be (if not already) at the home-building/nest-making stage. You, as a man, if you haven't already done all that, will certainly be thinking about it. Women, I hate to say it, are generally more mature than men, so I don't think she will seem miles apart from you. If you were in your late 20s and her in her late teens, I would see more problems, but as it stands, seems fine to me.
