 Very unlikely. But during intercourse, pulling out and ejaculating externally, low chance, put possible.

And it usually takes a great number of them, delivered to the "right place at the right time", to reach an egg that is ready for them. I know of "scare stories" about pregnancies occurring from non-intercourse. But they are generally bunkum.
