If I were to post a "reply" to this submittal, it would be considered "piling on".... on those replies that pointed out just how naive was this question....

Well aftet all the shock and horror posts the realitu is that it is very unlikely for a sperm to make it from the outside of the vagina to a receptive egg, but, it could. That is the wonderful thing about sex and the reason there are 7 billion people on the planet! No form of safe sex is completely safe. Sex is not a game and needs to be taken seriously, you can always get pregnant.

For one thing, as the other posters have said, you need to be using birth control, two methods would be best (condoms and hormonal BC like the pill, patch, shot, etc.).
Also, I know you're young and inexperienced, but inserting your fingers into her vaginal opening is probably not the best way to "finger" a girl. You might want to focus on stimulating her clitoris, since that's where most women get the most sexual pleasure from.

She can get pregnant from you being inside her without a condom!
why are you two playing with fire?
You know what they call kids who have unprotected sex using the withdrawal method? PARENTS.
Sperm meets egg... sperm fertilizes egg...
how the sperm gets up past the cervix is easy
ejaculate in or near the mouth of the vagina...
turkey baster full of semen
a syringe full of semen from the doctors office...
semen dripping out of a woman's anus after unprotected anal sex can drip onto the vaginal opening and sperm are genetically predisposed to swim towards that egg no matter how far away it is...
or in a rare case... on a boy's fingers inserted into a girl's vagina.
stop playing with fire.
take thee to planned parenthood.... get her on some birth control and get some condoms.

First off, the pull out method does not work unless you want to get pregnant. If you had any sperm from ejaculating earlier (say from masturbating) your precum could get her pregnant. You need to use condoms, no matter what, any time you have sex. Having sex feel better for a few minutes is not worth a pregnancy.
It's possible but unlikely. Sperm cannot survive when it is dry so it's most likely that the friction of the towel plus drying out on your hands killed it all, but it's possible some managed to survive. If it's been fewer than 72 hours she can take plan b.

If semen containing sperm came into contact with her vulva or vagina, the answer is yes, she could become pregnant from that. Is it likely? Well, it seems less likely if you completely removed all the semen from yourself and your fingers, but if there was enough semen present, it is possible.
You shouldn't be having unprotected sex if you don't want to become a parent. It's pretty simple, really.
Best talk to her gynecologist or a pharmacist for the Plan B contraceptive if this has happened in the past 48 or so hours.
And wear a condom in the future. A few moments of contact aren't worth the risk of pregnancy, or STIs, for that matter.

With unprotected sex, anything is possible. The pull out method doesn't work because the penis will have sperm on it all the time before and after sex. Also, the fingering "could" because it is about temperature and although this may be very rare, the right temperature "could" make her pregnant. Please be careful and please review your birth control methods. Take care.
