But this is to Bellaa...the answer is absolutely! And a woman can kiss a man she doesn't love...IT'S HAPPENING ALL THE TIME IN BARS EVERYWHERE!
as Boonridge said, men and women are different...as women we connect sex with love, we are emotional about everthing, including sex! Where as, men on the other hand, are physical...so if it feels good do it! When love does come, there is a compromise of those feelings meeting somewheren in the middle~

seriously there are different levels of feeling and boys tend to show less depth and emotions but they also are sex mad so do not assume that they love you. hormones at that age and a lack of maturity make emotions seem deeper but they are just more intense and there is ussually less logic behind the intensity of these emotions and a lot more sex drive.
look out for kind behaviour and genuine long term personality traits that you think are good for you to be around. go out with him but dont be blind to his flaws.

 Attraction is not love. Infatuation is not love. Try to take things slow and please be patient for love to develop. If a boy respects you and doesn't pressure you to have sex, that shows more love than a kiss. But certainly a boy is going to kiss a girl he is attracted to.
