 I think you mean Cialas, the chemical name for which is sedenafil citrate. Perhaps you should try Viagra instead, which is just slightly different with same results. Everyone is different, but Viagra just gives me a minor headache for a short while until ejaculation. A couple of beers seems to help ease the headache some. I've never tried Cialis because the Viagra works quite well. My dose is 100mg when the opportunity "arises."
