Hey

I've recently been losing weight and have lost over a stone already. The problem I have is that my breast size hasn't reduced at all (and I'm a ff cup anyway)! This means that the clothes I buy are too tight on the top and really baggy round the waist, and they look horrible!

If I lose more is there a chance my breast size will reduce to I can fit into nice clothes so they look nice??

Any advice would be great.

Yes, all good advice. I had the same problem, but I worked my pecs (pectoral muscles) intensly and my cup size went down. There's lots of hope for you. My workouts were 3 days a week, 30min. each. (10 min. on pecs)

A female reader, Emilysanswers United Kingdom +, writes (1 March 2009):

Have a look on you tube and look for exercises that tone your chest. The muscles under your boobs are called the pectoral muscles.

Then get on them and work out hard one day and then rest the next day. Your muscles have to break down and then grow back so you need a rest day for that to happen.

As the muscles there get worked on, they will grab fat from the immediate area - ie. your boobs. Keep working and they should go down. You never see a gymnast with a big chest.

I know it's horrible to have a small waist and big chest. You can get better tailored shirts from Bravissimo, or buy big shirts and get them taken in. It's not that expensive.

Good Luck!! xx
