The doctor said you were allergic to trauma? And so what treatment or drug or anti-allergy approach did he tell you to try? If all he said is, 'you're allergic to trauma, NEXT patient, please' you have to get back in there and ask for proper help.
We're just a bunch of amateur agony aunts who aren't qualified to offer medical advice or diagnoses, sorry.
Go speak up and demand help, you have to be your own medical advocate. Be persistent, polite is good but not necessary if you are being ignored! Good luck.

do you think that maybe you are tensing up too much and this is making sex painful and the area sore afterwards? has this happened with previous partners or just him? if you think you may be allergic to his semen, try using a condom and see does this help, then you will have your answer - if the problem still occurs after sex with a condom you will know that you are not allergic to him
