Probably a bacterial infection or thrush. It could also be a number of ulcers appearing - if so rinse with Corsodyl as this is amazing stuff and really works. I imagine you may need antibiotics so go to the doctor. I had something very similar with lumps on my tongue in inside the back of my throat and antibiotics cleared it within 2 days.

Smiles is right. Could be anything, Thrush, bacterial infection? Only a doctor could say and give you antibiotics if needed.
