All girls get "bumps" from shaving, don;t worry about it. He will know its not an std. Just make sure you dont scratch if theyre itchy, because that will make it worse. If you're worried, make sure you shave the day you have sex or the day before, because then there won't have been enough time for bumps to form, so he won't even see any :)
