I feel she was a little envious of me as I am good at my job and she is crap. She went on an tried to extend my probation as a teacher for an extra term and a half for pathic reasons. I was fuming and put in a grievance. My principal said no and wanted it ended at the end of this term just gone. I was still not pleased as he was going ahead with her reasoning which I did not agree with.Out principal is great as he as listened to me and made changes in relationship to things I want just as a new manager as the structure was ineffective.I had some child protection issues with my children over the last year and I feel that contributed to her taking advantage of my vulnerability. This is now over and was not too serious but because I teach it was made into a massive scenario.I have felt so alone at work with no one to talk to or confidence in. Some of the staff have been awful to work with and the last year has been like surving a battle field. The staff I directly manager are alright though and I work well with them.A couple of days ago I went for an interview at another college and gave my Principals name. Cutting a long story short the college now knows I may be off although I was interviewed I did not get the job. I have noticed my HR manager looking rather concerned and asking have tey not done enough for me as I wanted to take my grievance to the governors. I feel like they are trying to stop me. My main upset is that my probation has still been extended for the triva reasons my not very good manager put to gether.Any advice please

I agreed that I should stand my ground. By me not getting the other job was probably a blessing as it is the same level not much more money but 30 miles away.
I shound just stick to my guns. I am glad the other employers made contact with my current employers. At least they see that I am seriously not happy.
My principal is a really nice man and he has tried really hard.
