A female reader, sexxibunni23 United States +, writes (18 January 2009):

sexxibunni23 agony auntTry to do things to get your mind off of her. Hang out with your friends, talk to other girls at school; the key is to keep your mind busy. Also, you may want to rethink the reason you broke up with your ex-girlfriend. Are you wishing that you didn't now? You said that you still love her...why did you break up with her then? If you have a good reason as to why you broke up with her, I would suggest writing a note about how you feel. (I know this sounds corny, but just listen...) Write a note about how you feel; let everything out. Adress the note to her. The thing is not to give it to her. You can get your feelings out in a healthy way by doing this. If you miss her and want her back, talk to her. Talk to her in person about how you're feeling. Tell her you made a mistake and would like to try to be with her again.

She may be a little apprehensive...

Good luck:)
