reader, anonymous, writes (23 December 2006): I have the exact same problem as you, except I am 17 and I look about 15.
In my experience, most guys aren't looking for girls who look old because they can find this intimidating. Guys like a girl who is confident, and comfortable with who she is, and most importantly smiles a lot!
Prettiness is much more important that looking old.
If you need to look older to make yourself more comfortable with the way you look, I would suggest heels (that are easy for you to walk in) to give you that extra boost of confidence.
And NEVER EVER wear too much make-up because you think it makes you look more sophisticated. It doesn't. It just makes you look even younger.

 dont worry about it at all. i have the same problem i have a baby face =D. but trust me if you act your age then the guys come running =). guys at school know your age because your in the same year and most will feel protective about you because you look 'cute' and young. well thats what happened to me =D
good luck and be yourself you will love the look when you are 50 and look 45!

 If you act your age then there is no problem.. there are people at my school who are like in year 8 and look yr6 or 5!! i wodnt worry about it... as i say to my mates so what you dont have a boyfriend now but i bet when you are a little older there will be boys after you like crazy!
so just be yourself and DO NOT CHANGE lol

So enjoy your youth while it last forget boys because there a big pain in the butt anyway!1(no offense to all boys lol)
