 Don't do it. There are people who get into this sort of thing, and it usually has disasterous outcomes. It's just too weird and pretty soon, he'll want more and more until you accidentally kill him one day.

Now, you saw choking, I am certain you mean just applying a little bit of pressure around the neck area...not to cut off his breathing correct? If so, then it should be fine.

 Don't do it. It's dangerous. You could cause permanent damage, or you could go too far and send him to the hospital. Or at worst, kill him. People are built to need to breathe. Just don't do it.
