She recently sent him a message stating all her reasons why they should be together. I suggested he back off from her in case he is giving her mixed messages. He says not to worry about her but still continues to talk, text, and Facebook several times a week. He seems to have a lot of female friends that seem to want to date him. He thinks I am being ridiculous when I tell him it bothers me. What do you think?

Talk to him about your feelings, but avoid accusing or blaming. He's probably just the kind of guy that gets on better with women than men so has a lot of female friends.
