A female United Kingdom age 30-35, *herryCupcake writes:

Hi, ive been with my boyf for nearly 16 months, were both 16. Were always talking about our future, had all our "firsts" together and my family adore him.

Lately, in front of my mum, hes becoming more sarcastic to everything i say, arguing over silly points and giving me little smacks and flicks. Its winding me up and its started to wind my mum up big time and she doesnt like him as much anymore.

I told my boyf this and asked him to change his ways please, he said "she doesnt like me? unlucky". I could have smacked him.

Does anyone please have any suggestions on what to do? Its killing me being almost torn between two people i love so much.

A male reader, Griffo Australia +, writes (23 December 2008):

Griffo agony auntfor lack of a better word tell him he's tring to be a "wankface" another term for an attempt to be a 'bad boy' any way its outa fashion now and he's fallin into the game trap that messes and corrupts the mind of style and class.

You may have to in front of alot of people give him the flick and say your good byes. He will wake up and probably never dare do it again to anbody else. It will need to be almost humiliating for him, you need to teach him a lesson and show him how it feels, it will keep him on track and show him who's the boss.

if you find it too hard to do this then just know he's playin "treat em mean, keep em keen" with you but its pretty obvious he's also a poor play in that game field by tryin it on your mum.

What a looser... no sorry "wankface"
