writes:I've been with my boyfriend for 4 months, things having been going well but we keep hitting points where it seems to go a little strange. For example for a few days at a time he will act quite cold with me and we won't communicate. Its like he doesnt want to be with me or care about me. I actually dont think this is the case as when we are together everything is ok but its the times apart which confuse me. I saw him thurs and fri and then sat and sun hes been out with different mates... over these two days we didnt txt each other or speak which i find a little odd if im honest. Ive just spoken to him on facebook chat but again hes been slightly off with me. I honestly dont know what the issue is, this has happened before and each time hes been like for a few days and then been fine and affectionate again. Im wondering whether to ask him if hes ok?

reader, anonymous, writes (2 May 2011): Its your job to check he's okay! If you see abnormal behaviour, alarm bells should be ringing. I don't know enough to comment on what your bf is going through, but you should certainly bring it up the next time he is affectionate.
A loss of communication is a big error for you as a couple. You tackle this now, or a lack of communication will be the end of your relationship.

there is not enouph info to make a definant decishion on whats going on here, he may be heating, u may be parinoyed, he may be trying to hide the relashionship from somebody. i cant say for sure i dont know the man, and there isent enouph info to pinpoint the problem u never know me might even b planing a romantic sureprise for u. to meany posabilitys arg!¿¥§
