Sadly i'm also very sensitive person, so when do find some i really like, i make the mistake of giving my heart to easily. Even though i never been in a relationship, however with one or two i've gotten close. There two people both whom i used to like, neither could have like me the way i wanted them too. When i first met them the where both genuinely happy. i dont really talk to them now. An have been over them quite sometime now. At point in life where i just settling are just falling into place, I volunteer at youth center in process of trying to get my youth work degree, while looking for work and my own places. Not sure if it coincident or not but i think both of them are in a really s^^^ty place, right now.I see one [Soccer Boy] at the bar i go to [he works there] and the other[DJ] via fb. But things changed. Both gone very moody turn to angry, grumpy and turn rage , rude into hate and what was once quirky cockiness turned to arrogance. Both lost lot weigh, normally i am attracted to slim guys, however this starting to fall into unhealthy looking. Not sure if it the fact im youth worker within but seeing both like that kills me inside. one my closed mates and i was chatting to Soccer boy during his break he was showing her some dirty/offensive images. I swear could see puff eyes from sleepless night and i smell the alcohol on him. I'm so hoping it from the bar and not something else I not talking DJ his been well jerk about the last couple of years not talking unless it work related. His photo pop up on my wall feed. From someone whom was very fit well attractive lean physical body. His lost so much weigh i could almost see the outline of his bones. And stress lines on his forehead. I believe i a tear drop fell.People say it my responsibility, they both well lead me on then rejected me, both well were mean to me afterwards. So why am i so worried for both them. Is possible for me be over them but still care for their well beings? Reply to this Question Share |

Most of the time being friends with an ex just never works out but as for dj figuring out his problem, it's for him to notice really.you can slowly talk to him about if he's up for it but the person who has the problem needs to actually start caring about themselves to start wanting help.

I try to stay friends but they just push me away so I walk away n. move on but. I am so worried I don't even think DJ knows his got a problem yet. Knowing him his claim it as stress or tiredness n shrug off.

It is common for people to still care for there ex's and be over them at the same time but I think what your worried over is there health and mental stability. Are you feeling like it was your fault?
