There are many types of blemishes but haveing a good skin routine helps keep them at bay, you should cleanse twice, tone, moisturise twice daily using upwards movements (downwards causes sagging) concentrate on the blemished arease really work the cleanser, also you should exfoliate once a week i find leaving an exfoliator on for about a minute and really working it in the skin can help but thats with gentle exfoliants, and also using a mask once a week will help just find the right products for your skin.
