I used to bleed during sex every time..so I went and got myself checked out at the family planning clinic, had tests done etc...and my problem was my cervix was weak and bleed easily. So I had to go to a gynaecologist and have the mouth of my cervix sealed properly so that no blood would pass through. Was simple and painless...
Go and get yourself checked out, see your doctor and let him refer you...

Other than saying that I don't feel qualified to give advice. See a Dr. and insist that all tests be done until this is figured out.
