Question - (21 April 2009) 3 Answers - (Newest, 21 April 2009)
A female United Kingdom age 30-35, anonymous writes:

I like to keep my private parts completely shaved but every time I shave them I bleed a lot, it's not that I cut myself I think it's just because it's such a sensitive area. It then looks all spotty and nasty and I often get ingrown hairs. What can I do to keep the area healthy? Can anyone recommend any products? thanks

SirenaBlusera agony auntIt's a very sensitive area. If you REALLY hate that hair, though, go to a salon and get it waxed. I know that it hurts, but you won't have to deal with stubble and shaving.

In YM magazine this girl wrote in and asked how to shave and they said that diaper rash medicine or anti itch medicine helps (after you shave it).

My only experience with waxing, to put it delicately, is with getting my eyebrows waxed. It's not particularly painful.

Try waxing, you can do it yourself or goto a beauty therapist, it's quick and removes hairs from the roots so it won't grow back as quick, but it can be quite painful, also you could try hair removal creme, immac ect.

Maybe try using an expensive type of razor, the gillette mach 3 turbo is the best razor i have ever used, i use shaving gel instead of creme as it glides the razor on your skin a lot smoother.
