it is normal for women to bleed after first time sex, as your hymen is torn/broken. you may find you may bleed on the second time, but don;t worry about it. it;s normal.
as for the answer to "get it removed or something by a doctor" there is no need for that! i doubt they would do that anyway. it's just a natural thing that indicates that you have lost your virginity.

If a woman bleeds on her first time, its because the hymen isn't broken/stretched. You could probably get it removed or something by a doctor but there isn't any point. After the first few times it doesn't happen.
