I have recently started college and am really enjoying it and everyone there. I am bisexual guy and am pretty comfortable with this, but i have had a crush on this boy for a while now. I never really got too into it because he's a good friend, but a couple of days back we were in class and he kept putting his feet on mine. I moved my foot a bit and he looked under the table casually to see that it was me. Soon it escalated into me rubbing his ankle with my foot. There is no way he could not of known it was me. I would usually just say straight out about it but he has a girlfriend. Does this mean he's gay/bi or rather interested? If he is how could i go around this situation trying to get it past the point of footsie?

Yes, I believe that you should move beyond footsie because he returned your advances and there would be many ways to do this:

1. You could invite him to lunch as a friend and say bring your girl along to see if he will or not.

2. If his girlfriend lives far away you could simply make the first move and see how things evolve.

These are just some of the things you could do, just get creative with him becase it could be very rewarding.
