I cannot use birth control pills because of a medical condition, so what I was wondering if anyone has personal experience with this or how it works? Would it be uncomfortable or anything? I was thinking of Gynol II and lubricated condoms. Let me know what you think! Thank you!

My wife and I used that method for some years. It's effective. And with practice it doesn't have to be the mood-killer that you might first think -- just have everything ready to go beside the bed for when the moment's right. We used Delfin.
