A female reader, Emilysanswers United Kingdom +, writes (18 May 2009):

If you are bi-curious it means you might like people of the same sex but you haven't had a serious think about it or experimented.

If you are bi-sexual, it means you know you are attracted to both boys and girls and plan to act on both.

Good Luck!! xx

I think the difference is:

Bi-sexual - attracted to both sexes and practicing with both sexes

Bi-curious - attracted to both sexes, but undecided/experimental

Correct me if I'm wrong!
