Obviously I'd love for there to be a switch to turn off from me liking him so it wouldn't bother me but I know I will always love him.

crazybeast is verified as being by the original poster of the questionThanks for the advice but to stay away from him is near impossible, we have sport training together, we have classes together and if I ignore him he will just get full on and start trying to get my attention. With the boyfriend solution I have had two boyfriends before and it never works out plus I'm not completely out. Any other advice would be welcomed :D

I'm afraid you have to straight up tell him to stop, it's not right of him when he knows you like him AND he has a woman.
He's acting inappropriately towards you, playing with your emotions. Of course it's not good on the girlfriend's emotions either.
Good luck with this. x

Tell him how you feel, If he really likes either you or his girlfriend then he should do the right thing. If he likes you back then he'll leave his girlfriend to be with you but if he likes her and does not like you then he'll stay with her and stop flirting with him. Tell him this in a nice way, if he's a decent guy then he'll the right thing. Let him know, clearly, how you feel about the situation. I think that being open is always the best solution. Good luck
