writes:ok How should I start it..... ok my ex - me and him are ok friends and he dumped me to go out with his ex again who dumped him first, now it is over cuz he did not call her. Last night he was telling me when me and him was going out his ex was flirting with him and crap and she said "ok i have a plan for u to get u away from ur gf (me) so you and me can go out" so he dumped me and the next day after he dumped me, he asks her out for her b-day present her b-day. so he still wants my help and he is F*** up my life. the next thing is going on is my bf were was on the phone with my cuz like a 3 way on the phone and he dates the big slut, i know it is mean to say but it is true she dates every guy and hurts there heart and on the phone he said he dated her and when they was dating he wanted to do bad things to her . And I was on the phone hearing all of this. So I just dont know what to do anymore I've been hurt too many times :'(

reader, anonymous, writes (16 January 2011): Hey :)Just wanna say i know how you feel.. ive been through something roughly the same thing with my ex, he played me, went back to his ex as soon as she says she wants him back, then wants me again then her etc etc and because i loved him, despite what he did to me, id always take him back, thinking that i couldnt live my life without him.. people always said to me ' you have to move on' but of course, i would never take their advice thinking i knew best, but it came to a point where i got too depressed to handle it anymore, and so i broke up with him and stopped speaking to him, it hurt at first, course it did, cut me like a knife, but in time i got over him and got my life back on track and im now happy. and i think you should do the same, move on, as much as it hurts, and find someone whos right for you. eventully you will feel much better and forget about him.Good luck and i really hope you can be happy xxxx
