I highly doubt she's pregnant honey, unless, as 'thebethany' says, they are super sperm. If they are, congratulations! Do they have little arms and legs too? :] take care.

 Practically 100% no.
1. Any residual man-jelly would have long expired outside the body for so long.
2. Female are loaded with spermacide, and all input needs to be synchronized for potential output :-D
