reader, anonymous, writes (14 August 2009): If it get worse, a Dr can prescribe a treatment of medication. Go to the local chemists and view the costs and ranges of products for acne skin. And as of your lifestyle. Never pick a pimple. Let it run its natural course or use a topical lotion from the chemist to shrink it down. Squeeze out blackheads. Use an oily skin cleanser twice a day, only on the oily skin area where the pimples are, or a combination skin one. An astringent, because I'd ensure all dirt removed on this problem. And an oily skin moisturiser because the skin will become dehydrated too if you don't and you'll have two problems. Use a mask once a week on the oily areas only. And the other areas when you feel. Magnesium carbonate powder mixed with witchhazel, both ingredients a chemist can give you is a cheap mask. Tell the chemist, to be sure I've got those ingredients right. Leave on until dry and wash off. I am an ex beauty therapist.

You can try Proactiv Solution...it's a little expensive, but trust me it really, really works :)
