most important rule a couple should know : communication is the most important thing you could possible do. why dont you ask him why its only one a week? tell him how you want it more than that. tell him you are worried that he is getting bored with you. tell him that you would like to try new things with him but arent sure what he would like. tell him you feel unappreciated. tell him you need to be with him more. communicate your feelings and deisres or you will always be like this. i was lucky and leanred that young so most of the time i can fix my own worries/problems and find out what the girl wants me to do to her sexually.

 It's nice that you take initiative over this. Sexy uniforms sometimes spice up things, or lubrifiant that turns hot and taste like chicken (just an example, there's lots of different taste).
Some man aren't comfortable when it involves tools, such as vibrators and such so that might not be a good idea.
