im 15, my brothes bestfriend is 17, theres a troop of 7-8 of them, one of them is called kieran, i really like him and have done for several months now, i get to see him every sunday because my brother plays football with him and i watch my brother play, therefore when i see his bestfriend we cant take our eyes off each other and there is an instant attraction.. the thing is, if my brother found out that we like each other he would go mental, everytime i talk about it to him he goes mad at me, what do i do?

I personally would never do anything with any of my brother's friend's, or a friend's brother for that matter, irregardless of whether we liked each other or not. The thing is are you willing to be the reason that your brother could lose his best friend (which almost always happens)? Or to have this change your relationship with your brother? I have been in a situation where my best friend's brother liked me and I did like him, but I told him I woulldn;t because I wouldn;t do that to my best friend, years later I am still best friend's with his sister and he and I are good friends, it was the best decision I ever made. It is your decision in the end and you have to live with the consequences, Good Luck.

Brothers can be protective. Not only of sisters but of close friends too. If it took him a while to make friends, he may feel you are trying to take his friend or maybe he knows that he gets around a little too much and could be a player.

As marieclaire said, You need to ask your brother what the problem is...Maybe he is a little too protective of his sister...
