 Kissing is fine. Handjobs too provided you don't let him ejaculate near your vagina. Even blowjobs won't get you pregnant.
The best advice would actually be for you to just...keep your clothes on, I guess!

 Hi, you will get pregnant if he ejaculates too close to you even though he doesnt enter you. Foreplay won't get you pregnant but if you both get a bit carried away then the inevitable will probably happen. It may be a good idea to keep the condoms handy just in case of that. Hope this helps
