Asked her to come out and she said maybe, ask her again or let it be?

A male United States age 36-40, anonymous writes:

So I asked my coworker last weekend if she wants to come out with me this weekend to this bar that I'm going to. We are friends but I suspect she may like me a bit (I like her too). She said she would come but she may have a previous engagement she may have to attend so not to depend on her. That was it we haven't spoken about it since.

Its thursday and I know I won't see her at all until the time I go out, and when I saw her today she didn't mention whether she was coming or not. I don't want to seem clingy, SO, do I?

1)Let it be, if she wanted to go she would have remembered and told me, either way if she was going or not.

2)Give her another chance and text her and ask if she still wants to come or if shes busy.
