Depending on you and the partner you are kissing... you may experience anything along a spectrum from the tiny spark you get from scruffing your shoes on a carpet and touching your cat's nose.... up to a gargantuan bolt of lightning from a Kansas thunderstorm.....
(Those of us who kiss great S/Os (like mine) are lucky enough to be on the latter section of that spectrum....)

I think it's something that wears off over time. When i first kissed my boyfriend, there was a massive spark and a massive feeling of sexual excitement. Now a year and a bit after I still love kissing him, but in a different way~ it feels more relaxed, happy and more romantic :)
