She went out with someone else to get over me or so she says. we both want to get back together but she does not want to hurt the person she is going out with right now because shes nice like that and he is a good friend to her. we have been trying together to see if we can get him to break up with her or something else but nothing is working. Are we meant to be together? and if we are what can we do to make that happen??

hey there,
your situation honestly sounds rather familiar. like ive been out with this guy on and off. and ive dated other people in between.
like. this is waaayyyy too similar.
i mean, in my situation. things still dont work. but then again. it keeps us going at the same time.
if you love her and she loves you. that should be it.
but if things are too painful, perhaps its time to walk away.
however, on the other hand. perhaps the two of you can prove to each other you are meant to be by sacrificing yourselves. by that i mean changing your ways. making improvements.
thats really the only thing you can do.
however. this girl better make her mind up. and you have a right to be assertive.
love is never perfect. but is she perfect to you?
