One guy is 33 and the other one is 40, so it's not like they are unexperienced schoolboys. Why on earth do they do that, do they just have too much time on their hands and no one to call? It's not like I am losing any sleep about this, but I just don't know how to behave with them, and I feel I am missing something important of male behavior. With other guys we are just friends and chat normally about everything, so I know it's not me. Reply to this Question Share |

Stop trying to find meaning in what men do, we are not that complex.
They get the urge to chat with you (it is a hormone thing, google it) but then can't think of anything more to say, so it dies out and the soccer has come on.
"Why on earth do they do that, do they just have too much time on their hands and no one to call?"
Yes.

Does it matter, it's just two guys.
Don't bother with them if you don't like their style, it'll only confuse you.
There are men who will fit your needs. Just focus on those guys.
Forget the rest. If you go shopping for a red dress do you spend all your time looking at the black dresses and say
"Ohh, can't find a red dress"
