Yes there are rings for a man. However, I would prefer to buy a man some cuff links instead to mark an engagement.

Sure there could be an engagement ring for a guy. Any piece of jewelry or precious treasure would fit the bill!

Not officially there isn't, but you could just get him a nice ring and make it one by accompanying it with your proposal. But you don't have to get him a ring, you can get creative! Like, get down on one knee, and open a nice box with a cookie or cupcake in the shape of a diamond ring or something like that.
