me and my crush we are cool and we talk frequently but he seems to be in his own little world and is always on his phone listening to music or texting or in anticipation of something so it's kinda hard to talk to him without thinking that I'm bothering him.

I mean, what I know so far is that he's pretty chill and really funny and nice and I've asked him before if I was bothering him one time and he said no so I guess things are pretty cool between me and him but I wanna get to know him better without being annoying or sounding like an FBI agent but I don't know how. :/

I would just try and tell him how I feel and just be like

I'd like to get to know you a little better if that's okay or something sweet like that but then this guy I met who's known my crush for 2 years is like nah don't tell him blatantly, hang out with him more and make moves on him and be clever

But I have absolutely no idea how to flirt with him without seeming so sudden or obvious plus I am not exactly sure what type of guy he is like what if I try flirting with him and he starts thinking I'm weird .

What do You all think?

Do something to grab his attention. It'll be up to you to be creative & decide what would work best with your guy. If he continues to remain oblivious to you... I'm sorry, but I would move on to someone more mature & aware of your presence!
