 I have agree with the Doc on this one. I highly doubt that the guy will be interested in your opinions on global warming if he doesn't get any action. Make sure all he gets from you is conversation and see if I'm wrong.

That's like asking "I want to know what 16 year old females think and what they want." Everyone is different. I'm sure at your age you realize this, don't you?
So my piece of advice for you? Talk to him - find out what his interests are. Share your interests, as well. Then you won't have to be asking strangers what the other's likes and dislikes are.

 To be perfectly honest, and this wont be what you want to hear, but if a 23 year old guy is dating a 16 year old, I would say it is pretty obvious what he wants.
