Are all of these things normal in pregnancy?

im pregnant with my second child due in 4 weeks time however every morning when i wake up my stomach feels really painful for about half hour and then wears off it feels like my muscles are stretching trying to get my stomach to enlarge is it normal to have this as i didnt have this with my first child?

also i feel constant pressure like i always need to go to the toilet but when i do try and go to the toilet i can barely go i feel like my waters are going to break and if i dont try and go to the toilet i get kicked down there and it feels really sharp and uncomfortable atleast i think its kicking me.

is all of this normal?

These sound like Braxton Hicks contractions also known as false labour. They happen a few weeks before birth but you usually don't feel them in a first pregnancy. Just google for more info.

As for the discomfort, it sounds like your baby's head has already engaged in the pelvis. I don't want to scare you but you might not go the full 4 weeks!! Please note that you can only get proper information from your doctor. Nobody can give you a fully accurate answer here. Good luck with the baby!
