It didnt hurt, just an ache, it sort of felt like i was really really hungry, but I wasnt. It was fine when I got up, but this evening, it has started again. It also seems to go when i walk about, but if i sit or lie still, I can feel it. Does anybody have any idea what this might be or causing it?All help is appreciated Reply to this Question

it could be acid or wind.Hsve you eaten anything really fast or something that has disagreed with you? Take some anti acids,rennies or gaviscon and if symptoms get worse see your doctor.
Also try going toilet for a number 2.
