I know its a bit of a far out question, but i had an awful dream/nightmare a couple of days back and it woke me up, with a pounding heart and my skin crawling.I'd really like to know what it was all about. Thanks M Reply to this Question Share |

Personally I like Dreammoods.com/dreamdictionary/
I find that it helps me get a grasp on my dreams. I know it is cookie cutter, but it is free and a good place to start. Some dreams are more important than others.

I think that they are just a compilation of our thoughts, concerns and fears, mostly jumbled up into a meaningless dream. They involve people who we know that have nothing to do with the subject of the dream and are just there. I think that seriously trying to make something out of them will just make you worry about nothing. If you want to do it for fun then why not.
