i'm about 5"9 and weigh just over 13st!!!!!!!!!!!!

Go on a low fat way of eating (it's not a diet). Avoid butter, margerine, biscuits, crisps etc and anything with fat in it. If you see the word Cream substitute it for the word Fat,ie.Fat of chicken soup, and avoid it. Eat lean meat, fill up on vegetables, even potatoes but don't add butter etc to them. If you feel cravings for something fatty have a drink of water, tea or coffee instead. Measure yourself each week,bust,waist,hips,tops of each leg,tops of arms. As the weeks go by those measurements should decrease very slowly because you will be losing fat from your body. Fat doesn't weigh much so your weight will not drop as quickly although you will be going slimmer.

welll, youre still growing at the moment, and generally at your age loads of teens put on weight, and it usually drops a couple of years later.

you should really go and see your doc cz he/she willl give you a healthy eating plan, and give you advice on your body cuz you're young.

try and eat loads of boiled vegetables tho, because they are less in fat and have lots of goodness in them. brown bread is good to eat because it helps digest your food. eat less crisps,chocs,ice creams, and fizzy pop. try and cut out on fast foood, (but treat your self once everyweek.)...most of all drink lots of water (it keeps skin clear and your body healthy, drink at least 8 glasses a day, you can have orange squash in them)..eat fruit and excercize, by doing star jumps or sit ups. DONT cut out on meals, that makes you gain weight in the long run. start off with a healthy breakfast (like cereal) an apple for break, for lunch you could have a healthy sandwich, snack on fruit or fruit inbetween, and for dinner, have fresh veg and some good meat or fish, to add protein.
