I don't really know what you want to happen. In any case, at first, rather than asking her to take it to the next level, just tell her how you feel about her first and tell her how you envision your future with her. Just take her out to dinner, buy her a few drinks (get a bottle of wine, actually), and tell her that you love her so much, in fact, you adore her, and you want to be with her forever. Tell her that everytime you see your future she is in it and that is where you want her to be. And rather than just come out and ask her, tell her that you envision you two living together eventually and perhaps even marrying. Anyways, if she loves you she will just MELT and tell you she feels the same way.Once you have broken the ice because you have told her how you feel and what you want and where you see the two of you in the future, from then on it will be a lot easier for you to make plans and actually realise them because she already knows how you feel! Anyways, that's all. Good luck.
