 Well it's hard to explain. But I'll try, having known a few vaginal orgasmic women in my years. I call it the "Angle." Simply enough, the guy just has to thrust the vagina at a variety of angles, not just the straight in-and-out, cum and rollover.
My favorite angle is the hardest to describe in words only. During vaginal penetration in the missionary position, the man basically pushes his body forward so that the upper side of his erection is tugging at the woman's clitoris, via her labia, as well as deeply penetrating her vagina at an obtuse angle. It's just a movement and slightly different position, but it certainly has worked for me and partners. It better stimulates her clit.
The other angle of vaginal penetration I call the "down-and-up," which has the best potential to rub the penis head against her G-spot. This is best achieved with the woman's legs spread and aloft, preferably supported under her bun by about four pillows plus her arms. The idea is to drive the penis head upward against the front vaginal wall. Hard to describe, but it works.
