hi hun,
i have taken the pill for many years and have had no problems taking other medication, the only one i know of that can stop your pill from working is antibiotics, so if you have to take them use condoms for a few weeks just to be safe.if you are unsure ask the doctor or pharmacist who issues your medication.

Most over-the-counter meds for headaches, and colds are fine to mix with the Pill. Always tell your doctor that you're taking the Pill so they have it in your file, and remind them when they are giving you a prescription that you are on it. Some prescriptions are a problem for pill users. I would recommend you research medication you've been given for side effects and read the pamphlet your pharmacy provides for you. Sometimes physicians don't tell you everything! Always be in the driver's seat of your own health! Listen to your body, and inform your dr. if you start experiencing any weird symptoms after starting a new medication. It may have nothing to do with the Pill, but simply an allergic reaction you could be having while taking a particular medication or prescription. Never take your health for granted! Take care.
